Xin Focus® - Ultra-High Temperature Fiberglass Composite Filter Bag for Coke Oven Flue Gas, developed by Shandong Xingguo Xinli since 2017, is a high-performance filter bag that has undergone extensive testing and verification over six years. It has been successfully launched into the market and is characterized by its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high filtration accuracy, long service life, and low resistance. It features low weight, high breaking strength, high filtration accuracy, and a long service life.

This product is a needle-punched felt made primarily from glass fibers and various high-temperature fibers, including polyimide, produced independently by our company. It is specially designed as a filter material for coke oven flue gas, utilizing non-woven needle-punching technology. The post-treatment process involves impregnation using a proprietary formula developed by our company (200910229300.6). The micro-particles in the impregnant penetrate and crosslink between the fibers, forming a protective layer on the surface of the fibers to enhance the wear resistance and folding resistance of the ultra-fine glass fibers. This further optimizes the surface properties of the felt, improving its various physical and chemical indicators.

As of April 2022, our company has successfully provided new focusing filter bags for the dry desulfurization and dust removal systems of over 80 domestic coking plants, without any product quality issues. We are the preferred brand for coke oven flue gas dust removal.
